What is it?
Bosch's Junior Managers Program is a 26-month rotational assignment for Master’s-level candidates. Rotations are custom designed to meet business demands, and will prepare you for cross-functional and cross-divisional opportunities. Offers you excellent training opportunities in the form of exclusive seminars and workshops.
Your competencies and qualifications:
- Recent graduate of a Master's degree in a technical or commercial field.
- Maximum 5 years of professional experience in logistic or manufacturing areas.
- At least 6 months’ experience abroad (working or studying)
- Good understanding of statistical approach to process capability and problem solving.
- Excellent English skills mandatory, desirable knowledge of another foreign language (e.g.: German).
- Willing to relocate and travel.
